Mr. O’Brien is a Senior Vice President of Global Commercial Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He is dedicated to the Security Alarm industry, providing variety of financial solutions, including treasury, credit, investment banking, risk management, international and wealth management. Mr. O’Brien previously worked in the Leveraged Lending Group at LaSalle Bank, structuring and underwriting leveraged finance transactions, and was also a Client Manager in their Food & Ag Group. Prior to joining LaSalle, Mr. O’Brien served for 13 years in corporate and commercial finance at GE Company and GE Capital. While at GE, he worked in Financial Planning & Analysis, structured and underwrote lease financings and debt financings to support private equity buyout transactions. Mr. O’Brien received his Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
