Cory Mims currently serves as Managing Director at ICV Partners. Prior to joining ICV, Mr. Mims was a Principal of TSG Capital Group, LLC, a Stamford, CT based private equity firm with more than $740 million of committed capital. He was responsible for structuring acquisitions, coordinating due diligence, negotiating debt financings, monitoring portfolio companies and managing the disposition of investments. Prior to TSG, Mr. Mims was in the investment banking division at Salomon Brothers Inc. in New York and London, where he was involved with a variety of mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions. Mr. Mims has a BBA degree in finance from Howard University and a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
