David A. Stang is a Senior Vice President and Senior Client Manager of Middle Market Banking at Bank of America. He has been in charge of Bank of America’s (formerly LaSalle Bank’s) nationwide Security Alarm Group since 2005. Mr. Stang is responsible for business development and overall client management. Mr. Stang’s client base ranges from entrepreneur-owned companies to large, publicly-traded companies. Banking products provided to these clients include credit, investment banking, treasury management, interest rate hedging, wealth management and other banking services. Mr. Stang previously founded and grew LaSalle Bank’s Food Industry Division from just a few customers to $150 million in commitments in just two years. Mr. Stang had previously been with LaSalle’s Leveraged Finance group for three years with responsibility for underwriting agented, syndicated credit facilities supporting private equity firms’ transactions in a wide variety of industries. Prior to joining LaSalle, Mr. Stang had thirteen years of previous work experience in corporate banking at Bank of America, private equity at Jordan Industries and public accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Stang received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and his Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management. He is a CPA.
