Patrick joined Seacoast Capital in 2012 and works on sourcing, underwriting and managing Seacoast’s non-control junior capital investment in middle market companies. He has worked with companies in a variety of industries including: security; commercial services; healthcare; and consumer. Prior to joining Seacoast, Mr. Gengoux spent six years at Pacific Capital Bank in Santa Barbara, CA, where he was a generalist working with distressed and underperforming middle market companies. He also worked with Signature Capital Advisers, a special situations private equity fund. He received his BA in Economics and International Relations from Claremont McKenna College, and completed his MBA at the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
