Eric Garner is the President of Pye Barker Fire & Safety’s Alarm Division. He prides himself in being an operator first and an mergers and acquisitions guy second. Eric’s family business, Mountain Alarm, merged with Pye Barker in December 2021. Throughout 2022, Eric and his team acquired twelve alarm companies. Those twelve alarm companies have a combined $5.9 million of RMR and over $34 million of EBITDA. Eric’s charge at Pye Barker is to grow the alarm portfolio organically and through acquisition. Pye Barker has over 4,000 team members, 135 locations across 35 states and has completed over 150 acquisitions in the past seven years.
