Jonathan Schwan joined the team serving the security alarm and medical alert industries at CIBC Bank in 2010. Since that time, Jonathan has gained experience lending to companies covering the gamut of the life safety industry including medical alert, remote video monitoring, traditional commercial and residential security, summer sales programs and dealer programs. He has devoted himself to helping his customers to achieve their financial goals through the use of customized full-service banking solutions. Jonathan has crafted solutions to support his customers in driving organic growth, making acquisitions, completing recapitalizations and financing ESOPs. Jonathan began his banking career in 2006 at First American Bank where he specialized commercial real estate finance. Jonathan has a degree in business and economics from North Park University and earned his MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
