Thomas G. Buchanan is a co-chair of Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney’s Corporate Finance & Technology Section. With 25 years of experience, Mr. Buchanan represents clients across a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, equity financings and joint ventures. He also counsels management, boards of directors and equity holders on their rights and obligations. Among other areas of focus, Mr. Buchanan has been representing clients in the security alarm industry since 1995. Mr. Buchanan holds a law degree from Temple University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Vermont.
