Hotel Room Block & Group Rate

The Barnes Buchanan Security Conference has secured a contracted room block at The Breakers for conference attendees. Reservations can be made in the Barnes Buchanan room block from now through January 24, 2026. Rooms reserved after January 24 are subject to space and rate availability.

The following policies are applicable to room reservations:

• One-night room deposit (excluding taxes) is required at the time of reservation.
• 14-day cancellation policy. If a reservation is cancelled within 14 days of arrival, the full deposit will be forfeited (non-refundable).
• If a reservation is reduced in length of stay within the cancellation period, a penalty fee applies.
• All reservations require a valid credit card and picture identification at the time of check-in.
• Failure to check in on the scheduled arrival date will automatically cancel the remainder of the reservation and forfeit the received deposit.
