Vivint – CSO
As Chief Security Officer for Vivint, Joe Albaugh is responsible for all security strategy and initiatives across the company. Joe has over twenty years of experience in security consulting and management. He has served as CISO for the U.S. Department of Transportation, the Federal Aviation Administration, and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Joe received a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Maryland, a Master’s degree in Information Assurance from Norwich University, and has completed executive programs at the Yale School of Management and the Federal Executive Institute. He has also acquired several professional certifications in his career, including the CISSP, C|EH, MCSE, CCNA and PCLP, and was an advisory board member for the C|CISO certification.
