Alexandra Thompson is the President and VP of Sales and Marketing of Alarm New England. After
graduating from Lehigh University in 2005 Alexandra spent 3 years selling for Sonitrol New England.
She left to pursue sales at tech firms in Boston spending time at Forrester Research and HubSpot. In
2015, Alexandra and her father collaborated to replicate what she had experienced at HubSpot to
build a digital marketing engine and telephone sales organization in downtown Boston. That project
was a success, and Alexandra turned her attention to optimizing legacy company operations. Over the
next few years, she rebuilt the company’s customer service team and optimized the field technician
operations and was named President in 2023.
