Holly Gladstone is an attorney with the New York and Newark offices of Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC. She has been a member of the firm’s Security Alarm Group for the past 12 years and regularly represents lenders in the security finance space in syndicated and bilateral financings. She also represents lenders and borrowers in connection with a broad range of secured lending transactions, including equipment lending, construction lending and ABL transactions. She was graduated from Cornell University in 1994 and New York University School of Law in 1998.
