Mike McLeod is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of RapidFire Safety & Security LLC, a dynamic
“Buy & Build” company in the Fire Life Safety and Security industry established in 2022. Before launching
RapidFire, Mike was the Chief Executive Officer of Republic Fire Protection, another successful “Buy &
Build” venture in the Fire Life Safety industry. He also spent 18 years as President & Chief Operations
Officer of Interface Systems. Mike’s career began with hands-on roles, from installation supervisor to
managing monitoring centers, at companies like Security Technologies Group and API Security. His
leadership journey was significantly influenced by his time in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he developed
a strong foundation in discipline, teamwork, and achieving results. Mike has successfully integrated over
100 acquisitions throughout his career, creating market-leading platforms in the Fire Life Safety and
Security industry.
