Mark is a Founding Partner at Peloton Innovations, a security industry focused start-up studio – a company that builds companies. Within Peloton, he was the lead executive that built RSPNDR, an alarm response and secured last mile marketplace. Mark has global legal and business experience across multiple industries. A lawyer by training, he started his career in corporate litigation representing both large Canadian corporations and entrepreneur run businesses. Departing the legal profession, he founded, scaled and exited a successful sports tourism and education business. Leading to the launch of Peloton Innovations, Mark worked at a security industry focused Family office as VP of Corporate Development. The role required him to quickly become acquainted with the industry prior to being launched into acquisition and investment processes, operating roles, and entrepreneurial ventures.
