Spencer Moore is the Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Rapid Response Monitoring. In this capacity, Spencer harnesses his years of strong business experience, including his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, to engage result-driven processes and translate brand promise into true power for the company and real value for customers. He has a known reputation for recruiting and developing world class sales teams and envisioning and executing the development of new services and new corporate directions. Spencer previously served for 15 years as the Division Manager for Fastenal Company, where he developed the division’s sales training program and led 100+ staff members. During his tenure, he contributed to the company’s growth from $4 million in annual revenue to over $34 million in annual revenue. Spencer holds a MBA and is passionate about developing great business relationships and supporting Rapid Response’s growth.
