Susan Weinstein

Susan Weinstein serves as Vice President of KEYTH® Security Systems, a privately owned custom
alarm installation company established in 1975. She joined KEYTH® Security in 1986, beginning in
an administrative role and steadily advancing through positions in product development, sales, and
general management before assuming her current executive responsibilities. In her role as Vice
President, Susan oversees the company’s operations, including risk management, contract negotiations,
litigation, growth strategy, central station relationships, insurance coverage and claims, and
acquisitions. She has played a role in guiding the company’s growth, expanding KEYTH® Security from
a small local operation to over $750,000 in recurring revenue, while maintaining a strong reputation
for reliability and service excellence. Beyond her operational leadership, Susan has contributed to the
broader industry, serving on the boards of the GE Pro Executive Group and the Perennial Software
Synergy Advisory Team. Her experience spans strategic planning, technology integration, and leadership
development, reflecting decades of commitment to building and sustaining a successful client-focused
security business.
