Jared Johnson is a shareholder and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the Philadelphia office of Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney, where he leads the firm’s Business Tax Practice Group and is a member of the Security Alarm, Fire and Medical Alert practice group. Jared has practiced for over 20 years, advising and representing clients in areas of tax law and accounting, including transaction structuring, drafting, and reporting. His work helps family businesses and high net-worth individuals minimize their tax risks and liabilities through strategic business administration and tax planning. Jared earned a B.A. from Brigham Young University, a J.D. from Pepperdine University, and an LL.M. from the University of Alabama.
