Jaime Tuite is a shareholder and head of Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney’s Pittsburgh office, where she is a member of the firm’s Security Alarm practice group. She focuses her practice on employment issues, representing clients across a diverse range of industries. Jaime has litigated more than 100 cases in state and federal courts and has extensive experience defending employers in discrimination, whistleblower and wage and hour lawsuits. Jaime routinely conducts internal employment investigations, litigates restrictive covenant cases, and obtains temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions for employers enforcing employment agreements. Jaime earned her B.S. and J.D. from Vanderbilt University.
