Rob leads Stealth’s global strategy, finance, technology, talent management, and operations. Under his leadership, the company has grown to become the industry leader in remote monitoring services. Rob has been profiled in numerous publications such as Forbes, Bloomberg, BNN, Reuters, The Globe and Mail, Canadian Security, and Profit. Prior to Stealth, Rob worked in strategy and business management at Morgan Stanley in New York. There he led a team of professionals in a successful turnaround effort in the Global Wealth Management Division, with a specific focus on market planning, compensation, client experience, talent management, cost-cutting, and real-estate. Prior to Morgan Stanley, he worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Company in Toronto, where he served Canadian and international clients in financial services, retail, payments, and technology. Rob has an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and is currently Stanford GSB’s Toronto Chapter President. He also received an Honors Business Administration (HBA) from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario, where he was an Ivey Scholar. He also was the recipient of Canada’s Top 40 under 40 award for 2019.
