Rush has been CEO of Eyewitness since 2011. Prior to Eyewitness, Rush was a Partner at Channelstone Capital Partners, a firm that bought and built lower-middle market businesses. Rush began his private-sector career in investment banking and then derivatives origination and structuring for JPMorgan Chase Securities before founding and running Epache, Inc., a knowledge management software company. In the public sector, Rush served in the military and was awarded the Bronze Star for operations in Afghanistan. Rush also currently sits on the board and is the finance chair of Ubuntu Pathways. Rush received his BA from the University of Virginia, his MBA from Wharton at University of Pennsylvania, where he was awarded the Paul Green Award for Knowledge Creation, and simultaneously completed his MA in International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, graduating with honors.
