Sam Southall is an attorney with Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney in Philadelphia. As a member of the Security Alarm Group, she counsels and defends entities in the security alarm industry in litigation brought under various consumer protection statutes including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Sam has also represented corporations investigated by the Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission and various State Attorneys General. She also has conducted internal investigations. Sam is a graduate of the University of Miami and the George Washington University Law School.
