Chris Semple

Chris Semple, Partner, US Credit, joined Crestline in 2011 and is responsible for Crestline’s Opportunistic and Private Credit Strategies.  Mr. Semple sits on various committees within Crestline, including the firm’s management committee, as well as the investment committees for both its direct lending and opportunistic strategies business units.  Prior to joining Crestline, Mr. Semple was Vice President in the Special Situations Group for Goldman Sachs where he was responsible for originating, underwriting, executing and managing middle market debt and equity investment opportunities. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Mr. Semple worked as a credit analyst within the Special Opportunities Group for TQA Investors. Mr. Semple has a BA from the University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Semple currently serves on the Board of Directors of Urgent Team Holdings, Inc., Carepayment Technologies, Inc., Leading Pharma, LLC, Clinipace, Inc. and is a member of YPO (formerly Young Presidents’ Organization).
