Sean O’Neill is the CEO of American Security Systems. Mr. O’Neill founded AltEquity, an entrepreneurial investment company, and acquired American in 2015. Mr. O’Neill has a strong track record of investing in and growing businesses after nearly 15 years in private equity, operations, and financial advisory. He made his debut in the security industry in 2007 after acquiring Protectron while with the $7 billion investment firm, Alinda Capital. He oversaw the Protectron investment from the boardroom through to the field level, working alongside the management team to more than double the size of the company. Mr. O’Neill received his MBA from INSEAD and a BA in Economics from Lehigh University.
