Penny E. Zacharias is an attorney with the Pittsburgh office of Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney, where she focuses her practice on debt financing and secured transactions, including origination of asset-based and acquisition financing, leveraged finance and other lending transactions. Penny has also handled the structuring and documenting of large syndicated transactions. As a member of the firm’s Security Alarm Group, Penny represents many of the secured lenders to the security alarm and PERS industries, along with security alarm borrowers in their secured loans. Penny holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and a Masters of Business Administration and a law degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
