Michael Fox, CPA, a Partner with McGladrey LLP, leads the Security Alarm Industry Group and specializes in performing due diligence and audits for privately-held and publicly-held companies with multiple entities. Mr. Fox has clients with sales ranging to $500 million. He has been involved with companies in the start-up phase as well as many more established companies. Mr. Fox is involved in the development and performance of detailed due diligence procedures to allow potential lenders and acquirers to conclude on the performance of the underlying customer base and financial performance of each company. In addition to his direct involvement in designing and executing acquisition due diligence programs and procedures and performance of the audit and preparation of financial statements and Form 10-Ks, he assists clients with financing arrangements, including initial public offerings and recapitalizations, and Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. Graduating from Indiana University, Mr. Fox received a Bachelor of Science Degree in business with a concentration in accounting.
