President – ADT Security
Alan D. Ferber is President of the Residential Business Unit for ADT. He is responsible for go-to-market strategy, marketing, sales, installation and field service. He joined ADT in April 2013 as SVP and Chief Customer Officer to execute strategic programs designed to deliver a superior customer experience. Before joining ADT, Alan held various senior leadership positions and delivered world class customer satisfaction during his 20+ year career in telecommunications at Ameritech, U.S. Cellular and at Traq Wireless, a start-up management software and service provider he co-founded. Alan holds a BA from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
