Registration Policies and Fees

Registration Fees:
The conference registration fee for a single attendee is $1,475.00. If bringing a spouse/guest to Thursday evening’s cocktail party/keynote dinner, the conference registration fee is $1,650.00. Spouses/guests are also welcome to participate in Friday’s lunch and cocktail party, as well as the golf or tennis tournaments on Saturday.

Forms of Payment:
For online conference registration, most major credit cards are accepted. Please note that information you submit to us through our web-based form is protected by multiple layers of security.

Confirmation Policy:
Registration confirmations will be emailed to all attendees. Registrations will not be confirmed until payment is received in full.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received after January 22, 2010, will be subject to a non-refundable deposit of $200. No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations received after February 1, 2010.

Dress Code:
Conference dress is business casual, with the exception of Thursday evening, when jacket and tie (or the equivalent for ladies) is required.
