Scott Harkins is Vice President & General Manager of Resideo Connected Home. Resideo is a leading global provider of home security and HVAC systems and software. Connected Home focuses on developing cloud-based software applications and SaaS solutions across Resideo’s product offerings. In this role, Scott is responsible for the creation of innovative software offerings that create recurring revenue opportunities for Resideo’s professional security dealers and HVAC contractors while solving everyday consumer problems. He is also responsible for managing relationships with technology companies, developer communities, standards organizations and Resideo’s M&A activity. Scott joined the company in 1995 and has held multiple leadership and executive positions across the business; including VP/GM of Honeywell Security Products, Americas. In 2017, Forbes ranked Scott as the #12 most influential person in the IoT market.
