Megan Thompson is a shareholder with the Pittsburgh office of Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC. She focuses her practice on corporate finance and financial services, including secured and unsecured loan transactions, asset-based financing, syndicated financing and acquisition financing. She is an active member of the firm’s Security Alarm Group, regularly representing lenders in the security alarm industry. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University. Megan worked as a Certified Public Accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers for six years prior to obtaining her Juris Doctor from Duquesne University.
