Michael Zatulov is an accomplished business operator with more than a decade of experience at the executive level of complex organizations, with a focus on technology companies. Prior to joining Elite, Michael served as a senior executive at Regent Equity, a private equity firm focused on the lower-middle market, where he directly oversaw operations of several publicly recognized brands. He began his career at a Big 4 accounting firm as a CPA, where he was involved in both business consulting and tax strategy practices. Michael has garnered significant recognition, including Elite capturing the Security Industry Alarm Coalition’s 2020 Police Dispatch Quality (PDQ) Award. In 2022, he was named to Security Systems News’ 40 Under 40 list of fast-rising industry leaders. Michael received a BS in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles, as well as an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
