Markus Scott serves as the CEO of EyeQ Monitoring (www.eyeqmonitoring.com), an AI-enabled surveillance and business intelligence technology company located in Atlanta, GA. Markus acquired the business in 2015 and has overseen the company’s growth from 15 employees to 150 and serving customers across 37 states. Prior to EyeQ, Markus was a Partner at Lighthouse Equity, a search fund focused on acquiring a growing middle market business; a private equity investor at Brockway Moran & Partners, a $1.3 billion fund focused on middle market investments in healthcare and education; and a senior associate at Ernst & Young and Pricewaterhouse Coopers. Markus received his MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management; a M.S. in Accounting from the University of Virginia; and his B.S. in Finance from the University of Florida, where he also played linebacker for the Florida Gators.
