Haley Ayure is a shareholder in the Tampa office of Buchanan, where she serves as chair of the firm’s Emerging Companies Practice Group and is a member of the firm’s Security Alarm, Fire and Medical Alert practice group. Haley focuses her practice on a full range of domestic and international corporate transactions and general commercial matters, advising businesses through each stage of the business cycle: formation, fundraising, operations, acquisitions and sale. Haley has represented security alarm and PERS clients in mergers and acquisitions transactions, financings and other transactions. Haley holds a B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Tampa and a J.D., cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law.
